Why are you doing this?
Because product feedback from the first 100 customers is the most valuable signal a startup ever gets. We'd rather earn your trust by making the early days worthwhile than by pretending the rough edges don't exist.
What if I'm number 101?
We'll close the cohort once we hit 100 (the live counter at the top of this page updates as spots are claimed). After that, the standard pricing applies — but you're welcome at full price.
What happens at month 4?
Standard pricing kicks in. No 12-month price lock— you're free to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever. The badge stays. The Slack channel stays. The discount ends.
Can I stack the discount with other offers?
Founding 100 is the only automated discount. Nonprofit and early-stage startup discounts are reviewed case by case — the larger of the two applies; they do not stack. Contact us at support@defrostmail.com and we will manually apply any eligible discount combination for your account.
Is there a catch?
Just one: we ask Founding 100 customers to give us a 15-minute feedback call once a quarter. It's optional and we'll work around your schedule, but the data is the most valuable thing we get out of this.
