Yes — if you contact us within 7 days of your first charge and have sent fewer than 50 campaign emails, we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
One fully-handled outbound contact — we built the dossier, wrote the emails using your chosen frameworks, ran humanization and spam-checks, verified the address, and tracked the reply. Bounces we filtered before send don't count. Unsubscribes are suppressed workspace-wide and never billed again.
Default: we cap at zero — when you hit your plan cap, lead sourcing pauses until your next cycle and we alert you at 80% and 100%. Optionally, you can enable overage billing at checkout (or anytime in Settings → Billing) and we'll keep sourcing past the cap at $0.04/lead on Starter, $0.035 on Growth, $0.030 on Scale, $0.038 on Agency. No auto-upgrade, no surprise invoices — each extra lead is line-itemed on your next invoice.
Yes — extra mailboxes ($59/mo) and extra workspaces ($199/mo) are available in Settings → Billing → Add-ons. Pricing matches the footer strip on this page.
Partly — key storage is live, routing is not yet. You can securely store your Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Cognism API keys in Settings → Integrations today (encrypted at rest), but Defrost does not yet route enrichment lookups through stored keys: all sourcing currently runs on Defrost's own data supply, and your stored keys are never consumed or billed. When BYO routing goes live we'll update this answer and notify key-holding workspaces first.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or pause anytime from billing settings. Upgrades prorate immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Annual plans can be paused but not refunded mid-term.
No. Every researched lead has real per-lead costs — LLM tokens, enrichment, verification, warmup — so a perpetual free tier would be useless or unsustainable. Starter at $79/mo replaces four separate tools.
