How does yearly billing work?

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your subscription is free for 14 days from when your first paid sending domain starts warming. The trial includes up to 100 prospects. Domains cost $14 each for one year, paid separately. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the subscription charge; your purchased domains remain yours.
